Goodbye to Dubai

Last day in Dubai, it was bittersweet.  The fact that we were going to leave the spectacular city was a bit sadden. But another fact that the astonishing Turkey was awaiting in front of us was really exciting. Butterflies in the stomach. Obviously.

We went to this remarkable, modern gold souk in a huge hotel with this breathtaking 'Venice look-alike' view at the entrance.  Everything was sand yellow and tropical; Venice with palm trees, cool huh?

Before we got there, we stopped by to take a couple shots at the Atlantis Hotel, the place where guests sleep with gigantic fishes beneath them. Literally.

Err.. a bit scary for me though.

It took almost 5 hours to get to our next stop, Istanbul. Quite a long trip, I decided to throw on my most comfy pants in my favorite ethnic prints. Feel like wearing pjs, yet look edgy and chic! No surprise these pants got everybody looking at them. Duh. Attention seeker.

A small piece of statement accessory can compliment the whole look. Wore this silver fringe necklace from F21, the color matches my watch and sandals' straps.  Guess what, I passed the flight attendant and she stopped me and said how nice the necklace was! Flattering!
